Situated on a hook-shaped site, the building presents two facades, which posed a challenge to maintaining privacy. To address this, the design takes the form of a U-shaped layout, with an expansive open space at its core. A secondary skin envelops the exterior, reducing sunlight penetration and safeguarding the occupants’ privacy. This innovative solution creates a serene and secluded oasis, perfect for those seeking a tranquil retreat.
